Once your lease has been signed or your escrow has closed, bring a copy of your paperwork down to the club between 2:00pm-3:30pm (Monday through Sunday except Holidays) and we'll snap your picture and process your membership card. Owners families first cards are free; renters will need to pay $5 per card. Replacement cards are $5.
Owners renting out their homes have the option of keeping their club privileges or allowing their renters to use the club. Owners who rent their homes are responsible for collecting renters membership cards and guest passes when leases are terminated. We suggest property managers require the cards back prior to returning their cleaning deposits. The cards should be turned in to the club Office as soon as possible so that the new renters can be processed without hassle.
Children will be issued their first card when they turn six. When that big day comes we'll make a big deal of it. They will need their cards to get into the club and check out sports equipment. Children will be issued a new card at the age of 13 and then again at 18. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult (18-99yrs). Children who come to the club without an adult are not supervised by staff, unless they are part of an organization club activity.
Showing your membership card at the club is a biggie!! All members can help us keep our club private and safe by showing your 'ticket to fun' (AKA membership card) for admittance. Every member of a family (6 and up) must show a WWC card, even when coming in together.
Guest cards are issued three per household per year (45 guests) immediately after the dues are paid. They can be picked up at the Club office along with your renewal stickers for your cards. A $2 fee will be charged for guests without guest cards. Children under 6 are free. You must accompany your guests at the club. If it is not possible, please call the club and let us know to expect your guests. Guest cards are not transferable (you cannot pass them out to your buddies) and expire June 30th of each year. Lost guest cards can be replaced for a $25 fee. Only eight guests per day per household, please, unless you've made prior arrangements with the club staff. Members with house guests may purchase weekly/monthly passes. Check with the Office for more details on this.
Associate residents: A person available to Rancho Bernardo residents (per Club's approved boundaries) for an annual fee (roughly 30% higher than the annual dues for regular memberships). Since associate memberships are limited, a waiting list exists. Check with the office for more details.

Additional Resident: A person living in a member's home for an extended period of time, who is not part of the immediate family, is an additional resident. Grown children of members who move back home are not considered additional residents until they get married. (we have four categories of additional residents. Please check with the office if you have any questions). There is a $20/year fee per adult and no charge for children.
