Neighborhood Watch

Rancho Bernardo Neighborhood Watch is alive and active, but we need more volunteers to keep it strong and healthy, especially in the Westwood area. Westwood is in need of more volunteer Block Captains as well as Area Coordinators.

The motto of Neighborhood Watch is 'Neighbors Helping Neighbors - Living Safe and Secure'. Volunteering for Neighborhood Watch can assure Westwood remains as safe as possible by having our volunteers not only keep an eye on the community, but help disseminate valuable information on recent crimes, people to keep an eye out for, etc.

Neighborhood Watch is looking for people who can volunteer a couple of hours a month. Block Captains become familiar with neighbors on their block and help relay information on any issues which residents should be aware of in the area.

Becoming involved with Neighborhood Watch gives you an opportunity to become more familiar with your neighbors, your community and helps bring a level of comfort and security to the area.
